Our Services

We provide support, innovation and experience to aid workers in Syria and in Iraq, across monitoring and evaluation, data collection and analysis, research, and capacity building projects through Organizational Capacity Assessments, grants and proposals writing support and trainings. Roadmap has an internal Arabic-English translation department and the integration of these services enables us to have a conducive internal workflow and the best possible outcomes for our clients. We bring on our projects an international portfolio, technical in-house capacities and extensive network of humanitarian experts to support local and international organizations and professionals in delivering their development and assistance programs in Syria and in Iraq.

In collaboration with our clients, all projects are designed to meet specific objectives and outcomes. We tailor services that will best fit the needs of our clients, including preparing evaluations, grant writing, and organizational capacity assessments.

Where we work

Iraq is still recovering from years of terrible violence and displacement caused by military operations against ISIL. Approximately 1.2 million people are still internally displaced, with 1 million living overseas. Millions of formerly afflicted Iraqis are gradually regaining strength, and the country’s economy is steadily recovering. However, humanitarian assistance toward displaced Iraqis is still required. Syria also has been a complex humanitarian crisis for over ten years of continuing hostilities. Around 14.6 million Syrians require humanitarian assistance. The country is under severe economic and social crisis, which is affecting both refugees and internally displaced people. Both countries require a wide range of humanitarian assistance, including food, water, sanitation, and hygiene services, housing, psychosocial support, education, health care, and protection against gender-based violence.

We work with different humanitarian organizations to assure and promote the best decision-making for affected populations. Our work addresses the growing need for humanitarian aid in response to the intensifying civilian suffering in Syria and Iraq.
